Curaçao

Curaçao was part of our January 2023 Southern Caribbean cruise aboard Norwegian Epic. Our waterfront photographs bring back a week of exploring islands together on the anniversary trip that renewed our love of cruising. Curaçao belongs to that especially meaningful chapter: our family’s return to sea after seven years away.

Winter Break 2023 aboard Norwegian Epic

Norwegian Epic might be the most important cruise we’ve ever taken. It had been seven years since our nightmare cruise—the experience that made us stop cruising altogether. For our 10th anniversary, we finally decided to give cruising another chance. We chose an itinerary with no sea days and plenty of opportunities for Ollie to snorkel, and by the end of the week, the Epic had completely changed how we felt about cruising. This was the cruise that brought our family back to sea.
